Chrysalis is a unique Therapeutic Boarding School and Residential Treatment Center nestled in the breathtaking mountains of Eureka, MT. We serve girls ages 13–18, helping them uncover their inner strength, build emotional resilience, and thrive through nature-based, life-affirming adventures.
We’re seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to lead our exceptional team and guide program strategy, staff development, operations, and community engagement. Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team of therapists, mentors, educators, and staff
Oversee daily operations while ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and trauma-informed practices
Support staff growth through coaching, training, and thoughtful leadership
Oversee programming, calendars, and experiential learning opportunities like backpacking, service trips, and community adventures
Partner with families, therapists, and the treatment team to support individualized student success
Evaluate programming and implement data-informed improvements
Respond with compassion in crisis situations and lead with clarity and heart
Collaborate with Founders and the Leadership Team on long-term strategy, marketing, and organizational growth
Master’s in Business, Psychology, Social Work or related field (Bachelor’s + 10 yrs leadership also considered)
3+ years in behavioral health or RTCs with youth
Proven leadership and people development experience
Financial acumen, program management, and crisis response skills
Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and community-building abilities
