Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (flexibility required for night/weekend staff support)

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting staff excellence and long-term retention. You’ll oversee all aspects of onboarding, training, and continued development for our residential staff—including National Crisis Intervention (NCI), Embark Treatment Approach (ETA), and our internal Mastery programs.
Lead hiring and retention strategies to ensure a strong and stable team
Plan and facilitate engaging and effective new hire training programs
Deliver ongoing coaching and education for direct care and residential staff
Coordinate and oversee CPR & First Aid, NCI, ETA, and Mastery program training sessions
Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt content to support staff growth
Collaborate with leadership to ensure staff development aligns with company values and student needs
Adjust work hours as needed to support night and weekend teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose
