Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (flexibility required for night/weekend staff support)

Location: 77 Trails End Road Eureka, Montana 59917 

 

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting staff excellence and long-term retention. You’ll oversee all aspects of onboarding, training, and continued development for our residential staff—including National Crisis Intervention (NCI), Embark Treatment Approach (ETA), and our internal Mastery programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring and retention strategies to ensure a strong and stable team

  • Plan and facilitate engaging and effective new hire training programs

  • Deliver ongoing coaching and education for direct care and residential staff

  • Coordinate and oversee CPR & First Aid, NCI, ETA, and Mastery program training sessions

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt content to support staff growth

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure staff development aligns with company values and student needs

  • Adjust work hours as needed to support night and weekend teams

  • Assist with safety compliance measures amongst the team 

Qualifications

  • Age: 21+ years of age or older
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field is preferred
  • Experience: Min of 2 years of experience in management and working with adolescent populations
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification required
  • Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Montana state laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose
